Patch 9.5.1
ADG (ActiveDupe Guard) Changes
Due to the recent Changes initiated by CMS related to NPN Locks and the Theft of Policies from Malicious Agencies, we have revised our stance on the Purpose and Use-case for the ADG. We are now allowing for Ping Level and DID Level Blocks via ADG Detection whereas before this was not possible because of the threat of the Vendor sending the already sold client to a non-related agency which would turn into a NPN Switch / Flip and hence lose the Agency commisions and retention. Now instead of having the Agent decide to hangup upon receipt of the call with the ADG Popup before the Qualification time, we can just reject the call at the ping level, or block the call on inbound and let the vendor try a different buyer. Once everyone starts using this method it will be interesting to see what vendors do when they have no one to sell their scam calls to.
- ADG Can now be used on the Dialer Ready Ping as well as the Inbound Block URL
- The Parameter for both is &adg=true
- For this to function, both the Index Account and the Monitor Account have to have Ping and / or Block allowed in settings set by TLD Staff.
- You must get Authorization from your Upline if you are using the ADG through an Upline to use this feature.
- Using the Parameters without the Settings will ignore the attempt to use the ADG on Block and Ping.
- Blocks and Pings to not Log to Monitor or Index Logs, as the call was never actually received, this was done to protect Vendor Data integrity, even though most vendors themselves have very little of it.
- Documentaiton and Dialer Ready Generator has been updated to reflect this change.
