Esotech, Inc. dba TLDCRM (“TLDCRM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and has created this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to help you understand what information we collect when you visit the Site and how that information is used. Your use of the Site is governed by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to data collected by TLDCRM through the Site and does not apply to data provided to TLDCRM by any other means, such as in connection with services provided by TLDCRM to customers pursuant to contracted services between TLDCRM and the customer.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you use the Site with or without registration, upon registration, and when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, or respond to a survey. Upon registration and in connection with placing an order, you may be asked to enter certain personal information, such as your first and last name, email address, physical address, company name, phone number, and username and password. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you submit to TLDCRM in connection with your use of the Site. Your password is your responsibility. If you choose to disclose your password to others, you are solely responsible for its use. If you use the Site without registration, the only information we collect will be non-personal information related to your IP address, web browser, and operating system information.

These services include Remarketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. SMS Communications

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

TLDCRM operates as a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS and telephony infrastructure provider. End-user consent obligations for consumer-directed SMS communications are the responsibility of the agency customers and users of the TLDCRM platform. TLDCRM complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state laws regarding text messaging and maintains platform-level safeguards to support our customers’ compliance with applicable consent requirements.

3. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or trade your personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy. We share certain categories of information we collect from you with trusted third parties that assist us in operating the Site, conducting our business, or providing you with services, so long as those parties agree to keep your information secure and confidential. We also reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when disclosure is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the Site or TLDCRM. TLDCRM may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including personal information, in connection with or in anticipation of a corporate event, including a merger, acquisition, sale of stock, recapitalization, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.

TLDCRM is headquartered in the United States. 6. California Privacy Rights

Shine the Light Disclosure

Do Not Track Notice

How to Exercise Your CCPA Rights

Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf may make a request regarding your personal information. You are not required to create an account with TLDCRM to exercise your rights. Requests are processed at no cost to you unless TLDCRM determines that such request is excessive, repetitive, or unfounded, in which case we will inform you of the cost prior to proceeding.

Targeted AI Integration

TLDCRM is committed to the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within our SaaS platform. We strategically integrate AI tools to enhance specific functionalities for our customers, including tasks where AI can demonstrably improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. We prioritize applications that complement human expertise and avoid tasks that may be negatively impacted by limitations inherent in AI technology.

TLIntel AI Call Quality Analysis

TLDCRM’s TLIntel feature uses artificial intelligence to analyze call recordings for quality assurance purposes on behalf of our agency customers. Recorded calls processed through TLIntel are governed by the applicable customer service agreement between TLDCRM and the customer, not by this website Privacy Policy. Call recordings and related data are processed solely to provide the contracted service and are not used for AI model training without explicit customer consent.

Protection of Customer and Company Intellectual Property

TLDCRM takes the security of our customers’ data and our own intellectual property very seriously. The following principles are strictly adhered to:

Customer data will never be used for training AI models without explicit customer consent.
All data used for AI training will be anonymized and aggregated whenever possible to further protect individual privacy.
Where applicable, we will be transparent with our customers about the use of AI within the platform, including general information about the types of AI tools used and the tasks they support.

11. Data Retention

TLDCRM retains personal data collected through the Site for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, to maintain accurate business records, or as required by applicable law. Personal information will be deleted within thirty (30) days of receipt of a verified written request, unless TLDCRM is required to retain it by law or pursuant to a contractual obligation.

TLDCRM will archive and process the request and provide a notice of affirmation upon completion. We occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our products and services and customer feedback, or as required by applicable law. When we post changes, we revise the “Last Revised” date at the top of this document. 14. Opt-Out, Data Correction, and Storage

Any business or individual will have the option to opt out and be excluded from TLDCRM marketing data stores.
