Patch 9.4.0 – Klaviyo Integration
Klaviyo allows you to connect with customers through a seamless email, SMS, mobile push, and reviews experience as well as guiding your marketing with built-in AI, automation, predictive analytics, and benchmarks.
Our Klaviyo Intergration allows you to Create a Profile And Subscribe a Profile to a List in real time upon Posting Lead Data to TLD. Information that automatically passes to Klaviyo includes:
- Basic Contact Information
- Vendor ID
- Vendor Verticals
- You can set Vendor Verticals when editing a Vendor in the “Questtionare” tab. The vertical options are the Product Plan types in TLD.
- Plans Sold
- Plans Sold are the same as Vendor Verticals, and are passed as a Unique array into Klaviyo for use in managing your Klaviyo Campaigns along with Vendor Verticals.
- Plans Sold get Sent when a Policy is Submitted.
- Status: Prospect / Customer
Vendors can be set to send to Klaviyo in the Data -> Integrations Tab. You can also optionally set the Klaviyo Integration to send all posted leads and / or convert all posted leads in the Integrations Panel. Even if a Profile was not created on Post, Sending a Conversion will create the Profile at the time of Conversion if it doesn’t exist yet.
When a Profile is Created in Klaviyo it gets a Custom Attribute of status: Prospect. When a Policy is Submitted it gets updated, along with a Profile Refresh to “Customer” along with an array of all Sold Policy Plan Types.
The rest is up to you to configure in the Klaviyo application! We may have further automations and methods to come regarding this platform as we get feedback from clients using it.
