Patch 6.6.16

TLDialer

  • You should no longer see yourself in the Transfer List
  • Fixed a big bug that prevented the Transfer to Number feature to always call the same number over and over. This should no longer occur.
  • New Pseudo fields have been added to Live Agents Schema to represent wether an agent can be transferred to, and what color should show up.

Dialer

  • Fixed an issue with the pricing matrix regarding disabled products not pulling data and causing an issue. This was never experienced live.
    • Added Option in Product API to Force a Product ID regardless of hidden.
  • Added Price ID to Product when selected so we can reference it elsewhere.
  • Fixed an issue with saving Currency Custom Fields. Adding a $ or , was causing the system to kick the value, not properly parses it to decimal and stores. Also will show $ and , when putting it back in the field. We were usingis_numeric and setting to null before, whoops!

Products

  • Added “Disclosures” email and options to the Email tab.
    • Disclosures will show next to Send Welcome Email, but unlike Send Welcome Email, will create multiple buttons based on the Languages that are set…for now.
    • Currently this is a Work in Progress, it will not send an email out yet. We are finalizing how we want to set this up.

Vendor Lead Entry Forms

  • You can now create dynamic, publicly accessible forms to allow for external entry of data without having a logged in user. This is useful for television campaigns or after hours services so you don’t have to have email sent to you and then do the data entry yourself. You can have multiple forms, and enable and disable them. They are customizable based on a Grid of 12, so you will have to visualize the layout by numbers. You can drag and drop each form field to change the order.
  • You can find this in the “Forms” section of any Vendor. It is hopefully mostly intuitive.

Reports

  • Sales Board should no longer show trashed policies in the result set.
  • Fixed Minor Bug in Vendor Scorecard

Other Fixes

  • Fixed a bug with Upload Downloads introduced by our Bind error logging, not sure how it ever worked before…but it did.
  • More appropriate error message for Bind Issues so we can identify them faster.
  • Changed Money Format to default ‘%+#n’ instead of %(#10n. It was adding 10 digits of padding and we prefer to use – instead of () for negatives. Easier Database parsing.

Patch 6.6.4

TLDialer

Vendor & List Sync

  • Vendor List
    • If you have TLDialer enabled you will see the List ID next to the Vendor ID if present.
  • Add List
    • You can now automatically create a List in Vicidial with the most common settings already preconfigured for you.
    • When adding a new vendor, by default, if TLDialer is configured, the Create List Checkbox will be checked and the new Lists information will automatically be populated.
      • You can create a Vendor without a List by unchecking the box.
    • Once you save the new Vendor, the Name, Description and List ID will automatically be copied into the new List, and the Vendor will be flagged with that List ID.
    • The List ID will be created based off the Vendor ID automatically.
    • If a List ID already exists, TLD will give you an error saying there is already a list with that ID.
  • Update List
    • When editing a Vendor, if you click on the TLDialer Tab, you can now modify the list settings right from the panel.
    • You can turn on audit comments, (Separate Table). It will notify you when you do this.
    • You can change campaigns.
      • Be warned, just like in Vici, if you change a lists campaign it will remove any current leads from the autodial hopper for that list and campaign. The success notification will let you know how many leads were removed from the hopper, unlike Vici.
    • You can Reset the list, which will tell you how many leads were reset if any, unlike Vici.
    • All Actions through TLD Dialer Panel will Log in Vici’s Admin log if successful.
    • You can update the List ID the Vendor is connected to, if it differs from the Vendor ID itself or if it is missing from the vendor. There are a couple of rules here.
      • If you choose the “Create New List” Checkbox on a Vendor that doesn’t have a List ID Set, it will try to create it based on the current Vendor ID.
        • If it finds a list in Vici, it will instead Connect it, and ignore the settings you have set. TLD will notify you that the list has been connected.
      • If you update the List ID and it was Blank, it will not copy over the settings in the Add New List form.
      • If you update the List ID and it was originally set to another list, it will not copy over the settings in the Add New List form.
  • Mass Update Lists
    • You can Drop associated List ID’s via the Mass Edit button
  • Mass Add Lists
    • You can Mass Add Vicidial Lists from the Mass Edit section. All features from Add List apply. The only thing you cannot customize is the name and the description of the list as it will automatically be generated based on the Vendor’s name and description.

Uploader

  • New Custom Dupe Check Flags
    • Import ID
    • Import File
    • Import Row
  • Split the Dupe Attacher to work for individual tables, not just all.

My Fronts

  • There is a new Pseudo Field in Leads called Fronter Owner ID
    • This allows a Secondary owner of a lead for Fronters.
    • If an Agent is Set, then it uses the Fronter ID.
    • If No Agent is Set and a Fronter is set, it uses the Fronter ID.
    • If No Agent is Set and No Fronter is Set, it uses the Creator ID.
  • There is a new Section under My Business that is available to the Fronter role or those with “My Fronts” ability.
    • This section is pre-filtered with the Fronter Owner ID, it works similar to My Leads.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed a bug with Dispositions showing up as “1”
  • Made it so that when you are on an anonymous call and there is no lead data / phone number, dispositioning the lead will not work in TLD, but will still disposition the current lead in the dialer. So go ahead and mash the buttons, it will disposition the call.

Patch 6.6.0

TLDialer Live

  • TLDialer is now working with all basic functions needed to run the agent. Ask us about getting started with it. We are still currently testing and modifying. See our TLDialer Vicidial Beta Post for more details. Let us know if you want to start using it!

Dialer Changes

  • When changing a converted leads status, the default Sale button will now show as an option by default.
  • You can now redisposition a lead that is in a final status such as DNC, Trash, or Sale so you can set the disposition flag, and also dispo the dialer with the same dispo that it already had. It will not modify any date information in the CRM, but it will let you go to the next lead. It will show you a yellow warning message that the lead was already in that status.
  • When an age is set or calculated, it will now also show up in the top right of DoB. This is for those of you who want to disable manual entry of Age, but want to show the calculated age to the agent still.
  • There is an option in the system to collapse Cancelled and Trashed policies in the Dialer Policy Sidebar. They will auto expand as you scroll or if you click on them.
  • New Option in both My Profile as well as System Options for Default Customer Summary Tab. User overrides System setting.
  • When you load a lead, it will add a record into out new View Log

View Log

We are now keeping track when agents load a lead. this also includes the first load after saving a new lead. The only place you can see this at the moment is the Agent Dashboard, where it will show the agent the last X amount of leads they viewed based on options configuration under Options -> Dashboard -> Last Viewed

Products

  • Auto Cancel Ancillaries is now an option. It will Cancel any ancillary policy also in active status with a date sold.

Admin Dashboard

  • You can now make it so that the Admin Dashboard automatically shows Actions by default by setting it in Options -> Dashboard -> Admin Dashboard configurations.

Bugfixes

  • Cost is now considered currency instead of number.
  • Policies Calculator on Dialer policy wasn’t being calculated properly when some information was missing. Fixed.
  • My CSR requests now indeed only show  your CSR Requests
  • Fixed some permissions issues with CSR Main.

Patch 6.5.12

Lead Documents

  • It is now possible up upload documents to the lead itself, alongside the policy documents.
    • You must have upload_documents permission, or verifier or higher to view and upload.

Bugfixes and Improvements

  • Made filters query faster. Uses Caching and 1 query instead of multiple
  • Allowed omnis to edit custom fields.
  • Made it so that when you update the name on a lead the title in the tab bar changes with it.

Patch 6.5.0

For the past two weeks or so we, or mainly, I, have been going pretty insane working day and night preparing this almost total rewrite to the Policies section. This patch is the culmination of many sleepless nights. We have tested extensively, but if you find any weird quirks or odd data please let us know. We have added tons of searchable and exportable features into the Policies and Leads section now that we have implemented this dynamic database query method. We made sure to design it with speed, efficiency and security in mind. PCI and PHI data are now in fact not visible to those without permissions, even in table views! Sensitive and protected fields are not visible to those without permissions as well. This gives great flexibility for agents to sift through their data while maintaining your accounts privacy and security intact. You can do some pretty powerful stuff with what we have implemented, like querying the system to tell you how many policies have notes and how many notes you have in your system overall! (Hint: Use the Aggregate Option).

This patch picks up where we left off in 6.4.0 and brings the features of the Lead section and it’s custom columns to the policies section. The entire system has been updated to use this new method. The leads section got a revision as well, with most of the core being rewritten to be able to share schema data between models. (Tech stuff, don’t worry about it.).

We also tossed in some usability features for those of you selling multiple policies. I guarantee you will love it.

Smart Where

  • The final part to our Dynamic Database System is in, we can now arbitrarily search for whatever we want based on our schema design. This is a huge improvement and exceptionally code and query efficient, a crowning achievement and huge undertaking that will let us build things even faster.

Column Builder

  • Now dynamic enough to support the whole system
  • Moved Aggregate Fields under normal Fields for ease of use.

Leads

  • Added Aggregate (No Groupings, single row).
  • Added Notes Combined column (Grouped Notes)
  • Added Dependents Combined column (Grouped Dependents)
  • Columns button has been moved onto the filter bar.

Policies

  • The policies section now has all features from 6.4.0 Leads Section
  • Added more aggregate field options.
  • Reorganized some fields.
  • Optimized Age Queries for Medicare.
  • Added Bank Account Name.
  • Added Bank Account Type (Checking, Savings).
  • Columns button has been moved onto the filter bar.
  • Added “Alert” featured to sections like Renewals.
  • Redid all filters, any bookmarks you had will no longer work. Please use the new Filters system.
  • Policies section now respects proper Ancillary vs Primary calculations based on system settings. (Treat Ancillaries as Ancillary even if Primary Policy.)
  • Added new section to Stats: Policies by Policy Type and Policies by Product Type. If you have the system option set, they may be different at times depending on if you have sold any ancillary products as primary.
  • Added Enrollment Fees to Stats breakdown by primary / ancillary.

CSR’s

  • CSR’s have been moved to be a Lead Query to prevent duplicates when you have a CSR on a policy with multiple policies. this also allows you to set a CSR for a lead without a policy.

Calendar

  • Calendar now includes CSR Requests for both Calendar and My Calendar

My Policies, CSR’s, Leads

  • The following sections have been updated to work with the new dynamic system although some filters are disabled since they are meant to be personal tools.
  • My CSR’s is now a Lead Query just like the CSR Main section.
  • Change to the way “My” works. You will now only see records if you are the creator without an agent set or are the agent set. This works for CSR’s as well. If you assign an agent a CSR it will not go in your bucket but into that Agent’s bucket.

Dialer Policies

  • Dialer policies now has a right sidebar that opens up with the policies. This will give you quick access view to move between policies and know exactly where you are. The sidebar will highlight what policy you are on as you scroll, and will also jump to the policy you select when you click on it. No need to keep scrolling up and down, the menu will follow you. If you have too many policies on a contact, the sidebar will also show a scroll menu. We hope you like this! We will be adding a few more usability features with this new method such as being able to jump straight to a policy from lead lists. No more trying to figure out where you are
    • We kept the long form method because we know many of you like seeing everything at once instead of moving to pure tabs. I think we have too many tabs as it is…
    • We tested this format using full screen half screen and mobile, all seems to work well! You shouldn’t have a problem using this new feature at half screen.
  • Trashed policies will now be collapsed and the only option you will have is to untrash it (if you have permission).
  • Fixed an issue where a new policy didn’t have it’s initial status set which made it impossible to trash, the same went for Embedded products. This has been corrected.

Custom Fields

  • You can now set the column width per Custom Field (1 – 12). All default to 2 except for Long Text, which is by default 12.

Time Zone

  • Time zone is back on the dialer page! And now every time you save we do a quick lookup for the area code if there any changes and update it as well

Miscellaneous Fixes

  • Country and Country added to Vendor Upload as well as Bank Type, Bank Account Name
  • Moved Results URL to BOTTOM of Post Instructions to prevent Vendor Confusion since they clearly do not read the instructions.
  • Fixed quick search to not include trash leads. Same for Dialer Phone Pop.

Patch 6.2.2

Multi Checkboxes

You can now use shift + Click to select multiple items in the Multi Checkboxes

Return Reason

  • We added a special relational field for Return reasons for Medicare
    • This is useful for telling your lead vendors why the lead was rejected. It should work for Live Transfer leads as well.
    • This is not a status, and you can select more than one value.
  • You can enable this under Options -> Dialer -> Return Reasons.
    • This will show under the medicare section in the Contact Screen.
    • It will show up under Leads in the Contact Section as a multi-checkbox.

Favorites & My Favorites

  • You can now search through favorites in the Favorites section and remove others favorites
    • Roles: Manager+
    • Ability: View Favorites
  • You can now see your own favorites in the My Favorites section as well as the date favorites and search through the dates.

New Lead Statuses

  • Language Barrier
  • Deceased

Bugfixes

  • Fixed issue with new contacts having no statuses and only the trash button.
  • Fixed issue with notes and csrs not selecting all notes.
