TLD CRM BoostPatch 9.1.1

Some minor changes in the patch today and one critical fix for documents in public or ephemeral mode.

Documents

  • Fixed an error introduced in last patch that was not allowing public documents to be used publicly in some cases.
  • Fixed an issue with shortcodes rejecting ephemeral documents.

Dialer Ready

  • Dialer Ready Generator now generates parameter links for the help page itself so you can share it internally with staff once you make it for testing. Do NOT use this as the ping itself. This is only to be used for generating and testing the pings…please I hope you read this message…
  • Added CCR Parameter for Contact Center compliance RND (Reassigned Number Database) checks. Must have an Login ID set for this type of check. Value should be a Date, Relative Date (ex: 10 Days Ago) or a number (ex: 10)
  • Added CCR Parameter to Documentation and Generator

Contact Center Compliance

  • Reassigned Number Database (RND) Integration (CCR)
    • What is it?
      • Contact Center Compliance has an add-on API that allows you to Check to see if a number has been Reassigned Since a Specific Date. This is useful to check for things such as if your client or the person calling in has had their number reassigned at some point from the original date of lead entry or sale date.
        • More options to check for Contact Date changes will come in the future.
    • Date Parameter
      • The Date Parameter you enter for all RND Integrations is either a Specific Date to Check From, a Relative Date (Such as 10 Days from now) or a number (such as 10) which will be interpreted as X Days from now.
    • Added Option for RND API Key (LoginID) to Contact Center Compliance ( CCC ) Options

Other Changes

  • Fixed an issue with Explore Columns when a User has never visited a Explore Section before.
  • Added “Billable Vendor” Filter and Column so you can filter and see if a call was from a Billable Vendor or not, wether it billed or didn’t bill.
