IFG API Integration

We have implemented a standardized version of the IFG Suppression Ping that works in the following areas if configured:

  1. Block Script &ifg=true
  2. Public Dialer Ready API &ifg=true
  3. Vendor API via Configuration Settings under Scrub Numbers
  4. ADG

This API rejects pings and calls if found on their global list.

  • Added Handled Calls and Unhandled Calls to CPA.
  • Fixed an issue with the Sales Metric option.
  • Fixed an issue with some filters when using “not” or “has” with multiple selections.

  • Improved front-end loading and race conditions on the contact form.
  • Fixed EAD Code name in the Dependents table.
  • Fixed Language not saving for Dependents.
  • CVV can now be hidden in Billing Information.

TLDialer

  • Simplified State Route Installation to reduce errors.
  • Ingroup ID now displays when using Agent Route for special configurations.

Vendors

  • Improved Changing, Saving, and Testing the Vendor Ping API.
  • Added SIP Endpoint to Bulk Copy Instructions for Inbound Vendors.
  • Added SIP Endpoint to Print Instructions.
  • Added SIP Endpoint to Vendor Ping API Configuration Page.
  • Added Ping Logs Link for Vendor API Stream in Vendor Ping API Configuration Page.
  • Default Lead Status and Default Inbound Lead Status now retain their old setting (such as “New”) even if disabled. If unset, they will no longer show.
  • Fixed Export on Vendor Sources and Groups.
  • Began storing phone numbers as hashes. You can now search by Phone Number in the Ping Logs.

Vendor Post System Update

  • Scrubbing of null and string 'null' values.
  • Fixed Import ID to display as Integer (not String) in Posting Instructions.
  • Fixed a bug for the public version of Print Instructions.
  • Fixed an issue preventing Uploads from changing Status after Stage was set, and preventing Posts from changing Stage with no dates set.
  • Added support for External ID to API Logs on Pings via the &xid parameter for tracking.
  • Fixed a unique case where a phone number sent as a key (instead of a value) was not being stripped when logging.

Notify CSR Group

You can now notify an entire group of CSR reps for a CSR Ticket so multiple reps can respond simultaneously.
Set this up in Settings → Fields → CSR Types.


Ingress

Add Policy

When checking if a policy exists for the same carrier, product, and day, the system now checks for status not equal to 0 and ensures no kick or cancel date is missing.


Miscellaneous Changes

  • Downloads now support HEAD Requests.
  • Added API Stream Logs to the main menu for easier access.
    • Includes a new icon.
