Find this Report under Reports -> Manage All under the Sales Area.

Report Updates – New CPA Reports

  • Added the following Fields as well as Formulas related to them
    • Verifications
    • Submissions
    • First Contacts
    • First Agent Contacts
    • First Vendor Contacts
  • Added Sales Filters
    • Active Policy (Y/N)
    • Date Cancelled

Other Minor Updates

  • User -3 (API User ) can now be filtered. This will show up more often from API / Ingress Calls.
  • Fixed a bug preventing some users from seeing the “Explore Callbacks” section if they didn’t have access to Other Explore sections
  • Added “Trash Callback” to Ingress API. Postman Documentation has been updated with samples.
  • Fixed an issue when assigning a users SMS / MMS Numbers for Autofill.
