You can now Mass Send Call Recordings from Explore -> Calls to OnScriptAI for Processing.
- You can override the Detected API Key if you don’t want to use the Auto Detected Key for the Ingroup or Campaign
- When you send it will queue the process to send and send you a Notification in the TLD Notifications Menu when it’s complete along with any errors it encountered.

We are experimenting with an AI Answering Machine Detection Service that claims to give faster and more accurate results than our stock Dialer AMD.
The cost of this Service is $100 per Dialing Server per Month.
If you want to test this AMD service let our staff know, it may take a day or so to setup as we need to flag the IP’s for the AI Vendor to accept traffic.
If the AI AMD Fails or has connection issues we have programmed it to failover to normal AMD.
AI AMD Does have Logs in the TLDialer AMD Logs (Currently Not Exposed) were we can later pull metrics to compare it to normal AMD.
AI AMD Also includes recordings of the AMD Detection for Quality and Debugging Purposes.
- AMD Recordings are available for 7 days after detection. This part is not yet implemented for public use just yet.
In this Case TLD is Passthrough Billing for this Service.
If this Service proves it’s worth we will consider further integrations and reports based on it.

TLDialer Call Logs now has a Modify Date modify_date that updates as the log builds so you can grab information via Egress while the call is still being worked since the logs are built in real time and updated as they progress.
