Patch 10.4.2 – Inbound Messaging Block
TLMessenger – Inbound SMS / MMS Blocking
- A little flag now exists on the TLMessenger Window.
- Clicking this flag will allow you to Block / Unblock a Contacts Phone numbers from inbound SMS.
- A popup will ask you for a “Reason”
- Any further inbound messages will not notify the agent, and will not store any media or text.
- Blocked mesages will show as a Message with an Error and information about the block.
- Block Text and SMS Messages are not Retreivable, we are completely ignoring them.
- Two new Abilities have been added, Block Messaging and Unblock Messaging.
- By default agent’s do not have permission to block or unblock.
- Blocks / Unblockes log into the Telephony Opt Logs as Block / Unblock.
- Blocking Inbound SMS does not DNC or Stop Outbounds Text Messages, just inbound.
- A new Section called Blocked Numbers should now show on the Telephony Tab
- Adding and Removal of Block Lists gets Logged to the Messaging Opt Logs, this section shows the current active blocks.
Improvements
- Added “Update Dupe and Update Vendor if Different” Dupe Update setting so the system will try to use the provided Vendor ID in the Query String and not require it in the Payload for Changing the Vendor ID.
- We may change it to always prefer the payload Vendor ID if set.
Bugfixes
- Fixed a bug with Permissions for Cloning Vendors
- Fixed some Issues with Cloning Ingroups
- Fixed yet another bug related to Relay Send on Contacts (Missing Relay ID)
- Resolved Query Lag on Legacy / Manual Upload Recordings Tab, for those with it enabled.
