TLD’s New Vendor Call Log API

Introducing the New Vendor Call Log API: More Control, Deeper Insights for Our Valued Partners

At TLD, we are relentlessly committed to enhancing our reporting capabilities and overall system functionality. We understand that accurate, accessible, and real-time data is critical for your success, and it’s our mission to equip you with the best tools possible.

That’s why we’re incredibly excited to announce the latest addition to our Vendor API suite: the Vendor Call Log API. This powerful new feature is the culmination of many months of dedicated research and direct responses to your valuable feedback and requests for improved system usage. It’s designed to give you unprecedented control over the data your vendors can access, allowing you to limit and customize the information they pull from your system, exactly as you need it.

By default, the Vendor Call Log API is disabled, ensuring your data remains private until you’re ready. Once configured, your vendors will gain access to a dedicated URL, empowering them to query call data directly from TLD. This functions similarly to our existing tldialer_call_log Egress, providing a familiar and efficient way to extract information.

Key Features of the Vendor Call Log API:

  • Customizable Data Access: You have full control over the columns vendors can view. Whether you prefer the default settings or wish to fine-tune access to your specific needs, the API is designed for flexibility.
  • Call-Based Reporting: This API delivers a call-based report, focusing on pure call logs. This includes essential details such as billables, costs, durations, agent information, and disposition.
  • Future Sales Integration: While current functionality focuses on call logs, we’re actively working on incorporating sales information in our upcoming Vendor Attribution update. This will provide an even more comprehensive view for your vendors.
  • Flexible Output Formats: By default, the API returns data in JSON format. For those who prefer spreadsheet compatibility, simply add &format=csv to your query URL to receive data in CSV.

Accessing the Configuration

You can find the configuration settings for the Vendor Call Log API under the Vendor API Config Section, the same intuitive location where you manage your Vendor Ping settings.

API URL Structure: {subdomain}.tldcrm.com/api/vendor/calls/{vendor_id}/{post_key}

Comprehensive documentation on how to utilize this API is available [here](insert actual link to documentation).

Enhanced Analytics Reporting

In conjunction with the new API, we’ve also boosted our Analytics Report capabilities. You’ll now find four valuable new metrics added to both the Analytics Vendor and State CPA reports:

  • Calls Handled
  • Calls Unhandled
  • Handle Rate
  • Unhandle Rate

These additions will provide deeper insights into call performance and help you more effectively manage your vendor relationships and state-specific campaigns.

We believe these updates will significantly enhance your ability to manage vendor data access and gain more granular insights into your call operations. These features are a direct result of our ongoing commitment to listening to your needs and investing in the tools that empower your business. We’re dedicated to continuously improving our platform to meet your evolving demands and look forward to bringing you even more powerful functionalities in the future.
