TLD CRM BoostPatch 10.4.0 – Vendors Rework – Part 1

We’ve just released a major update to our Vendor system with the introduction of the new Vendor Availability Ping and several UI/UX improvements across the Vendor ecosystem. Here’s what’s new:

🚦 New: Vendor-Specific Availability Ping

This new Ping system is tied to individual Vendors and allows you to log availability pings without including phone numbers, protecting against phone number harvesting.

Why this matters:

  • It gives you per-vendor control over the Availability API.
  • Vendors don’t need to update their ping URL if something changes—we handle it for you.
  • This streamlines operations and reduces dependency on vendor responsiveness.
  • You/We can also see now which Vendors are hammering the API.
  • You can still setup a Vendor to have a Ping that shows more Availability Information

🧠 Ping Stats + Concurrency Control

Two new features enhance vendor-level control and insight:

  • Concurrency Check: Automatically returns “busy” when a set number of active calls is reached.
  • Ping Stats: When enabled, this provides aggregate ping data for the last 31 days. (Expect this API to evolve—we plan to add metrics like accept/reject rates.)
  • Ping Config: This can be used to show the Vendor what config Options are set in your ping ( Shows Parameters exactly like the Public Dialer Ready Ping would.

The Vendor Ping supports all the same functionality as the Public Dialer Ready Ping.

✍️ Automatic Posting Instruction Integration

  • The new Vendor Ping is now automatically included in Posting Instructions if the vendor has an Inbound DID.
  • It’s also part of the Bulk Copy Instructions tool for faster setup.

⚙️ How to Configure

You can access these new settings by clicking “Configure Vendor API & Ping” on any Vendor row.

Future updates will bring more vendor-specific APIs, reporting tools, and toggles to this panel. All features will be OFF by default for privacy and security.

If your ping is checking for Availability and you have a DID set to Ingroup, and you change it to Extension for State Routing, the Vendor Ping Should automatically Adjust itself to support State routing in real time. This also works in Reverse.

💡 Performance

Vendor Authentication has been optimized for speed. You should experience the same low-latency performance as the Public Dialer Ready Ping.

🧭 Vendor Updates

  • Includes more useful filters.
  • Button styles, tags, and labels have been standardized.

Label & Action Standardization

  • Vendor Actions are now consistently on the left.
  • Public Labels remain in place to preserve custom colors.
  • Vendor Associations are now on the righ.
    • New Label Colors:
      • Campaigns: 🟩 Green
      • Phone Numbers: 🔵 Blue / ⚫ Black
      • Relays: 🟣 Purple
      • Vendor Groups: ⚪ Gray

These labels now appear on the right under the new “Associations” column, which is fixed and cannot be removed via the column builder.
