Patch 10.2.2
Relays
What is a relay delay?
A relay delay queues a relay to send after X minutes from the trigger of a relay.
As an example, if you wanted to send a relay to the dialer to get the first few dials on a lead and then 60 minutes later automatically send it to another relay, you could use a relay delay of 60 which would delay the second relay by an hour.
You could set two relays on a vendor post and then set the second relay to a 60 minute delay, so the first relay is sent immediately, and the second relay won’t fire until 60 minutes later.
- Relay delay has been around for a while but was only supported on vendor post. As of now this can also be set on…

- Updated textbox in bulk update modal on TLDialer > FPG and TLDialer > DNC to use a new method which can more readily handle hundreds of thousands of phone numbers without having to first clean the data.
- Moved bulk updates on TLDialer > FPG and TLDialer > DNC to LRP (Long Running Processes) so as to not hinder CRM performance on large bulk operations.
Misc
