🛠 How the Integration Works

  1. Call Starts → Playbook Launch:
    When a lead is assigned to a User in TLDCRM and a call begins, lead information is automatically sent to Balto via API. This launches the Balto app and begins the appropriate agent playbook in real time.

  2. During the Call → Real-Time Coaching:
    As the agent speaks, Balto listens and provides helpful prompts, reminders, and script guidance directly on the agent’s screen. It ensures agents stay on message and in compliance with important disclosures or sales protocols.

  3. Call Ends → Playbook Stops:
    When the call ends, TLD sends a command to Balto to stop the active playbook, concluding the coaching session and logging performance data.
